Living Long: 100 Years Is A Real Possibility

April 30, 2016 By Mark Hager

You regularly hear in the news about people who are living long lives. Not a month goes by that you don’t hear about people all over the world living to be 100 years old.

It is still neat to hear about them, the lives they’ve led, and the “secrets” they have to long life.

However, Centenarians (people who live to 100 years old) have been rare in the past … but, not in the coming years. We’re going to see a massive increase in the number of people across the globe living to the age of 100 and beyond.

What’s the secret to living long?

We’re not doctors. But, we’re going to guess that healthy choices in lifestyle, diet, and exercise play a part in living long. Friendships, family and other close relationships most likely do as well.

We’re already seeing the results of how better healthcare affects our lifespan. That will continue to drive our ability to live longer lives.

Not enough can be said for taking care of yourself … every part of yourself … mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Be good to you; it’s the best way to set yourself up for success.

A special note

This is an interesting and fun topic. (That’s one of the reasons we created this infographic.) Also, it’s timely. We’re on the cusp of a healthcare revolution that is going to make living to 100 more commonplace.

We’re going to guess you wouldn’t mind being one of those people. (We would like to be, too!)

So, please, share this infographic. Help us spread a little fun information, and get people thinking about living a really long time. We want people to plan properly for their later life … so the later years can be as amazing and enjoyable as possible.
