The Jitterbug Dial is causing quite a stir in the cell phone market. Specifically designed for seniors, this phone features a large display, back-lit and bright easy to see buttons, full keypad for dialing, simple “Yes” and “No” action buttons, quick operator button (Press “0″ to reach a live Jitterbug operator), onscreen help and large text. It also offers a personal phone list, is hearing-aid compatible, a padded earpiece to reduce outside noise, familiar dial tone when ready to call, convenient volume control, easy message service and retrieval and an easy to use speakerphone.

The Jitterbug Dial is a good sized cell phone, too. It fits nicely in your hand and it’s size makes it a little easier to grip. It also has nice cushion around the earpiece, making is more comfortable to use. It also will adjust to really high volume.

The one feature that is nice on this phone is the presence of a dial tone. You don’t have to guess if it is working; that in itself is something most other cell phones don’t have. The screen size is average (almost 2 inches) with large fonts. The menu system is easy to use, with navigation happening through a series of ‘yes’or ‘no’ questions.
